We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer/Technical Lead/Architect with extensive experience in S4 HANA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development and a deep understanding of various SAP modules, including Finance, MM, PP, QM, and SD. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing business solutions using SAP technologies, driving innovation, and leading technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of ABAP programs using RICEF objects, CDS Views, HANA SQL Programming, and SAP Fiori.
• Implement OData services and work with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) technologies, including CAPM, API, Cloud ABAP, and UI5/Fiori.
• Architect and design workflows and leverage the ABAP Restful Programming Model (RAP) for advanced application development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, create, and document comprehensive system specifications.
• Develop, test, and deploy business solutions using S4 HANA technologies, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain strong integration knowledge with interfaces such as ALE IDOC/EDI, Proxies, Webservices, BAPIs, RFCs, and BODS.
• Design and manage communication interfaces with non-SAP systems, including Java connectors and REST APIs.
• Implement robust authorization checks in ABAP objects, demonstrating a strong understanding of SAP security concepts.
• Provide leadership in technical design, code reviews, and best practice implementation within the development team.
• Mentor junior team members and provide architectural guidance in complex projects.

• 7 - 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with a focus on S4 HANA environments.
• Expertise in ABAP programming, with a comprehensive understanding of SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Strong knowledge and experience with ABAP RICEF, CDS Views, HANA SQL, OData, and SAP Fiori.
• Experience with SAP BTP, including Cloud ABAP, API, CAPM, and UI5/Fiori application development.
• Proven experience in workflow development and integration with external systems.
• Strong integration experience with ALE IDOC/EDI, Webservices, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of SAP security concepts and experience implementing authorization checks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed and scalable system specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

• Prior experience with SAP HANA and BW/BW on HANA/BW4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Fiori application development and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Knowledge of SAP Business Workflow and ABAP Restful Programming Model (RAP).
